  Dr. Mikhail was just amazing, he explained all the treatment i needed in great detail and answered all my questions! The facility is great, everything was organized and clean. The best part is they dealt with all of my insurance stuff so I didn't have anything to worry about!

  Everyone I interacted with at Norton Dental was helpful, friendly and professional. I was in to see Jason, one of their Hygenists. He is wonderful! His explanations are clear, he is thorough, gentle, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Bonus: Excellent hours! I will be back!

  We were long time patients at Norton up until recently. Since the practice changed hands there has been a slow deterioration in service. Multiple Dentists and Assistants coming through so consistency was non existent. My 7 year old son had a terrible experience where there were issues between a Dentist and the Assistant that caused the Assistant to walk out and my son was left with a bunch of devices in his mouth and then was questioned as to why he would be crying. The dentist was rude to me and my son. This Dentist was later fired. I had another Dentist make a comment to the Assistant about how hung over he was just before he started my fillings. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they asked me to try again and I finally talked my son into going only to be made to wait for 50 minutes as they needed to have lunch due to an emergency. While I can understand emergencies, a quick bite to eat is different then a full lunch hour. This for a situation where my son was already anxious about his appointment. We walked out and got a call as to why we left. I have since gone to another dentist and my daughter's two fillings have decay underneath them and they need to be replaced. It remains to be seen if this was due to poor service or not. When our new dentist office asked for files to be sent, they still after two weeks have not done so and I have paid for x rays out of pocket now because of their inefficiency and poor service. I could never recommend this dental clinic. My biggest regret was not leaving sooner and putting my kids thru this negative experience at the dentist.
