- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am very grateful to the team at MMTR for the service they provide and help they've given me on my road to recovery post-concussion. I had been dealing with post-concussion symptoms for over a year before going to MMTR and had tried other physio and massage options with only minor improvement. After the 2 weeks of daily visits, I had a noticeable improvement (fewer headaches, less nausea, less fogginess). I really appreciated feeling like I was back in control of my health - if I started to have a headache or fogginess, I could turn to the stretches they taught me to help alleviate these symptoms. I still go to the clinic as needed to keep my muscles happy and keep any symptoms caused by ongoing neck tightness at bay (my work and posture make this a chronic issue for me, even pre-concussion).
