- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The whole appointment experience was disappointing. The physiotherapists and massage therapists may be wonderful but I walked out after 10 minutes with reception. There is something to be said about the way you talk to people that are living with a great deal of pain! I don't understand the point of asking for details of claim numbers and extended health care insurance (which I made a special call back with)during the booking then asking for it all over again on arrival. Should just ask to bring all info on arrival. At that point in the day, I wasn't climbing up and down those stairs again.by 001firechickOctober 26, 2017
