I sent them one of my quotes so they could match details, and received information that I was quoted insurance that would cover $30,000 under the price I paid! Long story short, my adjuster found me a product that was inclusive to my needs and even packaged it with my auto to save me money. I feel extremely confident referring anyone to HJM and frequently do. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable with every insurance need I have had from home to business. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to get a quote for home and auto insurance. Was put in touch with someone and the phone conversation seemed like she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Emailed me questionnaires and I filled out same day, never heard back. Next day I waited until 11am to email asking when I should expect to hear back. Soon after I received an email with a price amount with no details about the insurance whatsoever. I emailed back asking who the insurance company would be... what the policy is etc. Got a response with minimal info and again had to request more info. Got another response with my answers and she said "I'm leaving for the afternoon I'll respond to emails tomorrow" WHAT A JOKE. Don't waste your time!by Sydney K-SApril 23, 2017
