- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kudos to Dr. Kraft and Carley, who made Emma's last visit less stressful for her. Lately she has become less-than-enamoured with being examined. I have been working to change this with training, and the staff were very amenable to making changes to their normal routine so as not to set this back. So I opened her mouth instead of Dr. Kraft, and she had her blood sample taken in the exam room with me there, instead of in the back room.
