  Wouldn't recommend going for physio here. I went there earlier this year in the last semester of my undergrad. I had been having some really bad pain in my upper back. I can't remember the physiotherapist's name, but she was young (maybe late 20s/early 30s). I thought she was okay at first, since nothing was getting worse but nothing was going better. Then I noticed she would make 10 minute appointments at times and my back wouldn't be feeling better (she seemed rushed and like she had other stuff in her mind a lot of the time). I spoked with the receptionist to see if this was normal (since I had never had physio before), but she wasnt' much help. Now I'm going to another physiotherapist in Kitchener and he is amazing, right from the beginning he gave me a timeline of when I should stop relying on massage therapy or him for my back and I have seen great improvement in just a few weeks! From day one, he was completely different from the physiotherapist at the school, he asked better questions than she did and I came out of that appointment feeling hopeful and happy that my back problems will be gone. My advice is to search for reviews! Maybe this physiotherapist was young and didn't have much experience, but I feel like I should share my experience so that someone else might not be wasting their money on something that might not work.
